Had new roofing installed by Mr. Gillian and his crew. The written quote was clear and then verbally confirmed with an onsite consultation and a second quote. The process was explained clearly, and expectations were set in advance of work starting. During the tear off process, additional significant unseen damage was found. This required changes to the scope, and Mr. Gillian was very straightforward with what these changes meant in terms of additional time required and cost. There were no delays and his crew worked consecutive days to get everything done properly and in a timely manner.
