I had a great experience with David. From start to finish, his communication was top-notch - he kept me informed at every step of the process and was always available to answer questions/concerns. The schedule was never delayed, and the strict timeline ensured the project was completed on time. I was especially impressed with the thorough cleanup after the work was done; the crew went above and beyond, leaving the place better than it was when they arrived. We had David out to give us a quote to replace the roof on our manufactured home. I had contacted a number of businesses that wouldn't even come out to Stockdale for an estimate, but David was out the next day. He provided several quotes that gave us different options based on our insurance claim and our budget.
His crew worked with our schedule and was incredibly professional.
We had a gorgeous, brand new roof in a single day. The work crew was respectful of our property and animals. When they left the only clue that they had been working on our house was the beautiful new roof. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for roof work.

Had new roofing installed by Mr. Gillian and his crew. The written quote was clear and then verbally confirmed with an onsite consultation and a second quote. The process was explained clearly, and expectations were set in advance of work starting. During the tear off process, additional significant unseen damage was found. This required changes to the scope, and Mr. Gillian was very straightforward with what these changes meant in terms of additional time required and cost. There were no delays and his crew worked consecutive days to get everything done properly and in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work done and will not hesitate to recommend David Gillian the Roofing Guy in the future.

David Gillian told me he would me meet on a Monday when I had the time to meet him. He showed up told me what it would cost then two days later he came out and made the repairs to my roof. When he found that I had rotten would he called me and sent me photos I gave him the approval to fix it. Then he finished the repairs the same day. He quoted me a certain price and was able to come in under the quote he did a really good job we’ve had rain since the repair and there are no more leaks. He does really good quality work. I would highly recommend him.
